All of Russia
For those who call often and a lot to Russia.
The price for one minute to any Russian mobile or fixed phone — 3,96 rub.
The minimum monthly spending for this tariff plan – 100 руб.
In case you haven't spend the monthly minimum amount for services (100 rub.) The difference between the minimum amount and amount you have spend will be debited from your account. If the amount on your account is less than the minimum amount for services (100 rub.) for this tafriff plan, you will be automatically transferred to the tariff plan «International».
